Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. Because our courses are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final.

When you purchase a course or bundle, you are granted immediate, full access to the digital course content — videos, downloadable materials, quizzes, and certificate eligibility. Because the product is delivered in full at the point of purchase and cannot be returned, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
We encourage you to make sure a course is right for you before buying:

- Take our free AI readiness assessment for a recommendation on which tier fits you.

Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund or credit in genuine cases such as:
- Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Technical access failure — you are unable to access the course you paid for and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
To raise either, email [email protected] with your order number and details. Where a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within a few business days; FPX (online banking) refunds can take longer — usually up to 14 days, and in rare cases several weeks — depending on your bank and our payment provider.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded. This policy applies to the extent permitted by law.
